On Academic Resposibility – A panel discussion and presentation of the FU BDS Report

Join us to discuss FU’s breaches of International Law and ethical standards through its cooperations with Israeli universities which are fuelling Apartheid and Occupation.

We will first present our comprehensive report on why cutting ties with Israeli institutions is necessary to end the FU’s complicity in Genocide, Apartheid and Occupation and subsequently discuss Academic Boycott as a possible means of introducing just change.

Among the speakers in our discussion will be Dr. and assistant professor Laia Haurie of Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya; Dr. Shir Hever, political scientist and military embargo coordinator for the Boycott National Committee; a representative of The European Legal Support Center and Luis Cortés, one of the authors of the Freie Universität BDS Report.
